Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of byavec.com and any purchase you make from avec. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who you're buying from

avec · Brunnenstraße 129, 13355 Berlin, Germany · hello@byavec.com. We sell everyday wear and accessories for dogs and their people.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur. Our products are accessories and lifestyle goods for dogs; they are not medical or veterinary devices and make no health claims.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where charged. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.

How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order or shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs), in which case we refund any amount paid.

Your right to cancel & returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including how to return items and who bears return shipping, are in our Refund Policy.

Product safety (GPSR)

Our products are intended for use with dogs under normal conditions. Please follow any care and sizing guidance provided. Supervise your dog when using harnesses, leashes, toys, and feeding products, and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or worn. For safety questions, contact hello@byavec.com.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
